There are 3 issues going on with my 2022 MME Premium, 3000 miles. Yesterday, I received a message in my Ford Pass app that there was an electrical drain, prob #1. Came home and plugged in for the night. The car did not take the charge, prob #2. And now it says it is says it is in "deep sleep" mode and connectivity is temporarily unavailable and to manually turn on vehicle, prob #3. BUT.... nothing will wake up the vehicle - not the fob the phone or the code. There is a DEAD Mustage in the garage, waiting to be towed to the dealership. So frastrated. I have tried to find similar problems on this page, couldn't find anyone with these issues. Has this happened to anyone else! (This is the second time I have been stranded, with only 3,000 miles on my car!) :(

Did you find out what was causing your car to be dead? We just experienced a similar issue with ours today. We could not open the car, we were locked out. Had to get it towed. Of course the Ford dealer doesn't have anyone that can look at it till two days and they do not have a car for me to drive in the meantime. This take sucks! My husband is talking about getting rid of it cus he is concerned about the lack of knowledge and help at the Ford dealer.
