I ordered my MME on January 20th of this year. I originally ordered black, then my wife looked through the brochure and “liked” the Rapid Red. So I went in 2 weeks ago to change the color to red. Well it was like I was asking my salesman to give up his first born. In ten minutes he changed the color for me, and told me I can not make any more changes. Well my wife and I just saw the MME in silver in person, and we both fell in love with it. I know I am being an annoyance to my salesman, but am I allowed to change the color to silver? My car is not in production yet. If he refuses to do it, should I ask for the general manager? Are there any alternatives that I have if they will not allow me this change? Keep in mind I do realize that I am being a pain in the butt, but as a customer aren’t I still entitled to make this change?
