Hey everyone!
I'm exploring some custom cooling and performance upgrades on my 2022 Mach E GT and considering using weld on hose fittings for a cleaner, more secure setup, especially for coolant or transmission fluid lines. Has anyone here done this kind of mod?
Curious what type of fittings (NPT, JIC, etc.) work best in EV applications and if TIG welding to aluminum components is worth the effort. Also wondering about clearance issues and any tips for routing lines safely in the Mach E’s undercarriage.
Would love to hear your experiences or see pics if you’ve tackled something similar.
